Craig T. Basson, MD, PhD
Craig T. Basson is a highly experienced physician and medical researcher with a particular expertise in the field of cardiovascular disease.
He received his M.D. and Ph.D. in Medicine and Experimental Pathology from Yale University School of Medicine. From 2010 to 2022, he held several industry leadership positions at the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research and also as Chief Medical Officer and co-Chief Executive Officer at Boston Pharmaceuticals. Since 2022, he has held positions as Board Advisor and Consultant at Boston Pharmaceuticals, as Independent Director at Olatec and as Chief Medical Officer at Bitterroot Bio. He is also a Senior Lecturer at Harvard Medical School.
