Gerrard Terlouw, PhD, MBA
Gerrard Terlouw is an experienced corporate and business development executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has an extensive global and US network and a proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, negotiating and closing numerous successful licensing and acquisition deals across multiple therapeutic areas.
After completing his PhD in Toxicology, Terlouw joined Sandoz Agro Ltd, followed by various management positions in the Novartis Group from 1996 to 2023. In 2024, he became Head of Business Development Europe, Emerging Markets, Japan and Australia/New Zealand at Viatris.
